How We're Providing Alternatives

In 2008, AH staff and volunteers responded to 3,225 requests for
services through our crisis line, Bridges of Hope Legal Project, support
groups & Court Advocacy.

In 2008, Alternative Horizons Outreach staff and volunteers hosted 173
violence prevention events with a total audience of 3,464 people.

During 2008, AH expanded its support/therapy group services to include
teens who have witnessed or experienced family violence. AH now offers
three additional support groups for teens. In 08’, AH facilitated
support groups that reached 181 clients.
